Hi Clive,
Just signed up for the Southern Cross and the Long weekend ride so will catch up with you and several others of the 10000k brigade hope to edit some footage of the ride if so I will print a few disks for anyone that wants to watch themselves running off the road or drinking beer after the ride.

Good to read your blog on the GC Being a dairy farmer keeps my off my bike (to much) through the spring Ive booked in for the Southern cross run..looking forward to that..Heading down to bluff a few days earlier to do a bit of touring first Hope to catch up with fellow super tourers then cheers for now Andrew B

Another good GC ride Clive and thanks for the tow. That was myself on the ST and Steve on his Hyabusa. GC's, like marathons all comes down to how you feel on the day and by the time you caught us, I felt like crap and was certainly happy to have a light to follow. XC Here... Sumo made a comment somewhere on here but don't know where it went... But yes I am doing the Rusty Nuts Grand Challenge next week.. Looking forward to it. I deliberately refrained from travelling to Aus the few days before hand so that i can rest before the run. I hope the weather is better than last year.
